Joan Ocean from Havaii. She nicely allowed publish parts of our e-mails.

Tonight I was in deep meditation with a group of five people.
We meet every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday night to sit outside
(even in the cold in the Hawaiian mountains) to make contact with our ET friends.
Tonight we met with the Andromedans and also the Arcturians. They are very helpful
and loving people who wish to have a cultural exchange with us. WE also want to know
them better and to share our knowledge with each other. This contact
with the Andromedans has been going on since August.

It is early in the morning here in Hawaii and I just came down the mountain
from my tent. Some people think I am strange because I prefer to sleep each
night in a tent although I have a big house! I have more ET contact there in
the tent, where there is no electricity or energies except those of beautiful nature.

Last night my ET Contact small group met again and we were invited onto a ship
that stays underground in the hillside near my land. This was a new idea to me.
I am always looking up into the sky for the ships. But of course they can change
molecules of physical matter and they can go through walls and also mountains.
And so they can put their E.T. Vehicle any place. It was a very bright and Light
environment and I felt happy and content there. It felt like HOME.
I met with the ones who we call ARCTURIANS.
The star in the sky that is known as Arcturus (in English) is the star that
led the ancient Hawaiian people to this island. The Hawaiian word for this
same star is Hokulea (in Hawaiian language). This translates to mean:
STAR OF JOY. This star also led me to Hawaii because the Arcturians came
to visit me one night in California, USA and they said if I wanted to meet
ETs in the physical I should move to Hawaii.
Well, I was very excited and so I moved to Hawaii as fast as I could!
I began swimming every day and then I met the dolphins and they invited me to
be part of their family. That was 17 years ago. One day I learned that the dolphins
are actually extraterrestrials (ETs) who live in the oceans. They also interact with
ships under water. This was new information for me, and so I told no one for a long time.

Now I have met many military and science people who confirm it is true
that there are ET ships under water in the ocean. And that the dolphins
are meeting with those ships. Then I began to trust the messages of the
dolphins. They have told me many things.
I believe in the smaller countries -- that they will be the ones who will
teach the world about our friends the ETS. The big power countries are still
pretending there are no ETs. But we don't have to wait for them to announce
what they know, we will go ahead. In my future is the opportunity to work with
the United Nations and all the countries who are ready to share their knowledge
of Contact. Perhaps we will work together some day. Most of the people of America
do not agree with our President and soon it will be found that the election
of Pres Bush was corrupt. On Spiritual levels we understand that this had to
happen to make people take back control of their lives and their desire for
Peace. Soon people will speak out and say NO to Mr. Bush.

In 2003, I received a long message from the Arcturians saying they would like
to meet us and to even come to Earth. But they are a very good race of Beings,
very thoughtful and wise. They would not come to this planet and make contact
with us unless we TRULY wanted them to come. (Often people think it is a
nice idea to talk about ETs, but actually they are a little afraid to meet
them. I can understand this. What will they look like? What will happen in our lives?
Will everything we think and believe in, change? Yes, it will. So the Arcturians,
knowing that I meet regularly with friends who are seeking ET contact asked
me to ask my friends if they REALLY wanted the ETs to come and visit.
Even my group that talks about ETs all the time, said they would have to
take some time and think about it. They realized that this was not a joke.
That this was a real request to be seriously considered. After a month passed
and we discussed fully what it would mean, my group decided to say YES.

Other people around the world who are also trying to make Contact,
received the same message. I have a friend in France and he wrote up the
message <...> It is very interesting. One of the statements the ETs
say is that there will be no more suffering on Earth once they are permitted
to come here and meet with us. They seem very sincere and compassionate to me.

Apparently they prefer cool, mountainous climates for contact. And also, Hawaii
is the piece of land further away from any other bodies of land in the world.
So there is a lot of privacy here for the Ships to land (when they want to be seen).

I am so fascinated to hear/ read anything about the ET's and especially the Arcturians. I have received many wonderful healings from
the Arcturian people and I am grateful.I would like to meet them face to face and I am looking forward to the time when they will land
on the Earth and they can help us to restore our beloved Earth again and to live in peace with all people.
