This book by one time CIA "psychic spy" Ingo Swann is divided into three parts. The first part describes experiences with an ultra secret government agency. This includes remote viewing of the lunar surface where mining and manufacturing operations are observed along with human looking extraterrestials. Part II discusses lunar anomalies. Much of this second section overlaps Chapter 1 of Jim Marrs' ALIEN AGENDA. Remote viewed bases
One of the most fascinating pieces of “evidence” for alien bases on the far side of the Moon comes from psychic and remote viewer Ingo Swann. Swann, who was instrumental in creating the US government’s remote viewing program in the 1970s, is one of the most respected remote viewers in the world.
In an article called “To the Moon and Back, With Love” for American Chronicle, writer Gary S. Bekkum recounts Swann’s remote viewing session about the Moon, an event reported in Swann’s own 1998 self-published work, Penetration.
Swann was asked to remote view several targets by a man named Axelrod, working for the US government.
“Axelrod tasked Ingo with a series of moon coordinates,” writes Bekkum. “Unknown to Swann, the targeted moon coordinates, about ten different locations, would bring him mind-to-mind with what he soon realized was an unearthly extraterrestrial presence.
“Swann 'saw' with his mind's eye craters in darkness, and decided that he must be seeing the hidden side of the moon, the side that always faces away from the Earth. Upon achieving psychic 'contact' with the lunar surface, Swann first came upon what looked like trails of tractor-tread marks. Confusion set in until Swann realized that he was 'seeing' intelligent activity and structures on the moon.
“In the depths of a crater he viewed a green, dusty haze lit by banks of artificial lights mounted on very large, tall towers. Swann was stunned by the realization that 'someone' or 'something' appeared, under the aegis of his mind's eye, to be building a base on the moon. He had been inducted into an interplanetary operation and brought to Mr. Axelrod's underground facility by the need to monitor extraterrestrial activities in an unconventional way. Swann decided that Axelrod and company had been given the task of psychically spying on the alien moon base because the extraterrestrials had been less than friendly about conventional human curiosity.
If Ingo Swann is to be believed, and this coming from a man with top secret clearance that in his day briefed and trained officers from the USAF, the Defense Intelligence Agency, INSCOM, and many others too numerous to mention, then there is some truth to the rumors of an otherworldly intelligence working behind the scenes here on Earth. Not only are they already here, according to Swann's testimony from a rare out-of-print book, self-published in 1998, but they are building something on the far side of the moon.

2012 another Y2K type of deal! (?) What do I think not that it matters again just another year! The trouble with things like this is they are dating and putting numbers on days, months and years. If one believes in the Bible which I do by the way it warns us about this saying:NO MAN KNOWS THE HOUR OR THE DAY NOT EVEN THE SON OF GOD (Jesus Christ). So we have Jehovah's Witnesses saying in the year of 2011 and don't forget Family Radio with Harold Kamping saying May the 21st 2011 we'll see! (?) I agree that we are having hard situations Frank Edwards in his book UFO Serious Business told about these things, train accidents, air planes having several accidents, wire fires, drought and etc. He felt it was the bad UFO/aliens doing this wanting humans dead not all at once but several hundreds here and few thousands here, etc. This I could buy judging by what one sees on the national television news. As to Obama and Clinton being reptilians could be but I doubt it. I'm a Republican and I like and respect both of these individuals. I do realize as both former Presidents Clinton and Bush stated on a cable television interview program that THEY are the ones in charge. I have had some personal dealings with this so-called THEY bunch this happened last winter a long story but making it short THEY used a cell phone and a land line phone and dial up the telephone number on new message and my
friend and I sounded so clear it was if a good microphone was picking us both up in the living room. A PLEIADIAN CHANNELED MESSAGE
The Future Arrivals:
She began telling me about the future roughly around 1999 or 2000. "The others" she said were going to begin their plans to come to the earth openly and she said they were worried. I humored her and i asked her what was bad about aliens showing themselves? She said that "The Others" didn't care about people they just cared about controlling. She said many things about them but i'll try to put it in chronological order and the arguments she made to me about the others. These are several conversations put together for sake of clarity. They should not be taken lightly nor too seriously but should be taken with a grain of warning in my opinion.
Firstly, she had me understand that part of the conspiracy theories were true (how cliche). She said there was a group of people who had power and we not elected who decided a long time ago that a crisis was coming that they could not control (im paraphrasing her words for simplicity). She said that they made plans long ago to build installations underground because there was a percieved threat to them and that they were building "just to be safe".
She said it started out back in the 1860->1862 that the two people who started a group to establish research for ufo's and aliens. She said back then these few men did not have any authority over anything but were a small project started to study the phenomena. She said around the 1900's they gained importance and were granted a budget and became a small department and were in charge of budgets (small time) to organize the "structures" (i have no clue what she meant but thats what she said) to more easily collect information about aliens. She said from here on they grew rapidly and already had a good wealth of information but very little technology. She said in the early 1920's different groups like hers made contact but were rejected and that the different aliens started revealing informations about themselves. She said this made the now established but mildly influencial department/group/affair department VERY paranoid (I have no clue how to put that idea into a word that would fit).
She didn't explain why but she said they became very concerned that they were not going to survive and they began building in excess underground installations. She said they were very paranoid about aliens. She said that some of the groups revealed to them the future and this was why. She said by the time the so called famous 1947 roswell incident happened. They were already well established and had overiding control over the branches of military. She said several things about the controlling group changed and they became desperate to gather technology and make deals to advance both the public and the non-public sciences. She said they for example couldn't land anywhere on the earth without being detected almost immediately and that there was very few places they could arrive without the phasing technology that kept them protected, She said there should be stories about the armed forces intercepting arrivals very quickly (yeah i looked and there was.)
She said that by the 1940's the non-public science was already more advanced in ideas than the public was in the 1960's onward. She said as time passed the Groups like hers and "the others" began to spy on them in the underground sessions they had and kept pace with the knowledge that was being retrieved. She said the only reason she revealed technologies to me was because it was already knowledge that was known on the earth and in the non-public sciences. She said there was nothing to lose by showing me what was already known. She said the cabal (she changes the title at this point.) would meet underground and in the 80's were planning what was known as artificial terror. She said they wanted to play "the game of the gods" (why she called it that I dont know).

She described this "game" as a game that many races including hers and her faction had played with humanity. She said in the old days on earth they would even fight openly (yeah right!) between them and "the others". She said "the others" (greys/pleiadeans/whatever) would implant and manipulate thoughts and start religions and create wars over them to decimate mankind so that they would not evolve beyond a certain point. She said her groups way of thinking was to introduce a counter movement to spread knowledge and stabalize the religions or impart knowledge to dismantle "the others" plans. She said there was a lot of instability with these fights and the people on the earth became very "fractured" from the constant introduction of ideas and counter ideas.
She said eventually "the others" and Thier groups were stopped by a third group of aliens. (she does not describe them in detail or otherwise.) She said the third group did not care for either side but wanted them to stop interfering. She said this group was very powerful and that even if the two sides went against the third group they would not win. She made it sound like they didn't have a hope in hell united, let alone apart. She said they both agreed to an uneasy peace that they would not interfere. She said this stopped the interference to a large part.
"The others" still kept starting movements in very small ways to keep people at war. Then her people's side would go to the third group and the third group would allow interference from their side and they would start a counter movement. She said this slowed down the idealogy war but did not stop it. She said the earth was already very divided in many ideals and fronts but both generally obeyed.
She said the bible was one example of being edited and re-edited (i dont believe her on this but i used to.). She said that around the time she was telling me this the amnesty bewteen both factions was ending. I asked her why amnesty if I thought that was used only for immigrants. She insisted on the word amnesty (I looked it up in the dictionary since i didn't know what it mean't :shrug:). She said that once the amnesty was lifted that "the others" would immediately go back to trying to control mankind. She said they were worried about what might happen if "The Others" came first to humanity. She said they were pretty sure that they would. They were preparing themselves and alot of them were leaving because she said a war between them was likely to happen.
She said in the future many things would happen. Which I will post in another post rather than this one so I dont break the long a$$ "truth" she left me with.
First, She said "the others" would go back out into space and make an entrance, as if they were not here already. She said this would allow them a clean entrance and blame the rest of the past on aliens from her faction. She said they would probably go and pick the people amoung them who were human-like. She said this is what abductions and grey experimentation was trying to bring about for a long time (thousand of years into the past when a couple of races handed us as a project down or abandoned us.). She said the human-like beings were either slaves who would talk very little or geniune people of hers and others who look like humans who had an agenda to control humanity and stop it's progress.

She said the others were itching to stop our progress because at a certain point we would be acknowledge-able as indpendent beings. She said on her world about 60% of her kind thought of human kind as an experiment to be observed but generally do not care one way or the other. Roughly, 30% constitute "the others" mentality. While she said, the minority consititute her point of view 14%).
She said when "the others" arrived they would do what would look like miracles to mankind (of this she kept talking about) and they expected the people on earth to quickly believe "the others". She said "the others" were likely going to present themselves as being Gods. She said this would lead to human beings accepting them as the leaders. She said that because "the others" would very likely choose human-like front men with their powers intact. The genetic manipulations both factions had commited to, a long time ago, would cause human beings to give in very quickly. She said a long time ago when other races had lost interest in humanity they picked up and modified humanity to be planet squaters (my word interpretation but pretty accurate.).
She said the reason that human beings become very easy to manipulate when they see a pretty person is because they are pre-programmed genetically to have this behavior. She said this was an easy trick back when people were very primitive and they wanted workers and slaves. She said that before those projects were ended that the aliens modified the human beings more to create a very xenophobic response to other aliens. And that human beings were given the cultural push to breed at will. She said this way both factions past founders could prevent other aliens from occupying the earth in the open; nor the human beings from helping them. She said that some of that has degraded over time but it was still a dominant trait. That was the reason some aliens use greys as front men because it is less problamatic and they are humaniod enough to be accepted when they continue the experiments on mankind.
The next interesting bit she said was that "the others" needed contactees for the future. She said some of the grey experiments are about how human beings react to certain situations and that the greys were looking for weaknesses and lessening the possiblity that the human beings they choose will have conflict against them when they bring about their "arrival". She said some of those human beings would be "go-betweens" in the contacts with those who follow "the others". She said "the others" needed a close enough....spokesman...to represent thier interest and that the association with these beings would elevate these human beings to a higher status. She said that is why alot of "the others" choose human beings who will readily accept a title or illusions of granduer and are usually told they are "the one".
She said that both sides could be accused of this since they both engage in a little bit of everything. Hers supposed alot less (yeah right!). She said "the others" would institue a government where there would be three tiers of contactee's; the local, regional, and the special few. She said the locals would be in charge of their smaller communities while the regional would have limited contact with the aliens directly and the special few are supposed to be less than 25 (fuzzy) who would have to represent thier slab of the world. She said "the others" would divide the world up into sections and each "special contactee" would be in charge of it. She said "the special contactees" would also have very high abilities endowed to them (pet slaves anyone?)

She said the first thing "the others" would do is stop progressing technology. She said they would introduce their own technology to produce energy but that it would be off limits to human beings and that they would fix alot of the earths problems as long as they could coerce power from the former leaders of the governments. She said the few skeptical human beings would probably by that time be thinking they are "gods" because they would take the time to display their powers which she said is common knowledge to everyone except human beings who don't see those things.
She goes on to explain to me how miracles (or seemingly miracles) are performed and that this will impress many. This is where she warned me about not listening to "what they say" but "seeing what they do" if I have doubts as to which side they represent. She said any alien could say anything. She said actions though would easily reveal their true intent. She said "the others" would quickly order the executions of millions of people world wide who would not obey them because of religion. She said since these people on earth who would believe them would think they are "doing the right thing" and have the backing of "the Gods" they would turn in their neighbors to be executed. She said that if people knew the future they would not want any part of it. She explained that the reason why "the others" will win over so many is because they will give people what they want and create a new super religion. She said the religion will unite pieces of old religions and that they will lie and say they are the Gods of the old religions and that they will create a new one and even spin lies that they created mankind.
She said people won't notice it but they will be tricked into alot of manipulative situations. And she said if people accept them then there is nothing they can do except watch. Im sure I left out some things.
She said this is why (at the time they were racing to "prepare") to present themselves anyway. She said because her people were the minority that they would not have much of a chance in changing the minds of people but she said they would try. She said at the time that there was a big debate as to whether her faction should come in first or second, because they did not know which would yield the best results. She said when her faction did come that they would show up shortly after the others most likely, and they would present to the world their side of the case. She said they would show mankind what they could of how the miracles were happening and how they came to be and even perform for them to see. That they were not miracles, but common understandings and knowledge shared by both sides.
She said her faction would also reveal information and the truth to people at this time but the general consensus was that the human beings of the future would be unlikely to believe them. I asked her why "the others" would let them make their case? She said because of the third group they would have to allow it or the third group would probably come in quickly and put them in their place or worse. (Squish)
She said that they had a growing fear, that if the people of the earth did side with her faction. That then "the others" in spite, would burn the earth while leaving. She said this was a likely possibility.

She said alot of things that lead up to this is volcanoes all going off at the same time in some area's. Many earthquakes in places where there had never been before. She described the future from that time (1999-2000) to be getting worse and worse weather wise as the years progress (seems to be accurate on that one). She said that the cabal (that I described at the beggining) was trying to "play the game of the gods" and making artificial terror to force people to give up their freedoms. She said there would be rumors of wars in the future and that there would be a very big war she called "the war of contracts".

As a fellow Sirian Brother of Light, Obama is a very "old soul" who has, as I often used the phrase, "been around the Intergalactic block many times" and as a fellow Elohim, has held a key membership within numerous Higher Councils. As a great Intergalactic Diplomat on our higher levels, he chose to take Earth embodiment this final time, to fulfill his Destiny of becoming the leader of the United States of America, and to do this despite the attempts of the cabal to block his actual candidacy. Though the cabal thought, they would just let him, at first, attempt to win the nomination, but in the end the cabal had intended and planned for Hillary to win, by manipulating the votes, because they knew that she was more likely to be controlled, and they were not sure if he would allow himself to be totally controlled and be just another one of their puppets. In fact, Obama had actually received a far greater number of votes in these earlier primaries, combined, far, far more than the "official tally." Even with the ''normal amount of the usual" manipulation of the actual number of votes, because of our neutralizing most of their manipulation, Obama still came out ahead of Hillary's own number of votes.
I would also like to confirm what this channel heard earlier from us and more than one "alternative Earth source." There have, in fact already been at least two [actually 3, so far, as of yesterday!!!!] major attempts by the cabal to assassinate Barack Obama--but we helped block and neutralize each of these attempts. He is very protected from any more attempts that the cabal might try in their desperation, to get rid of him because we sense that he will, in fact (with our help, of course) ultimately expose their conspiracy and all of the many evil things they have gotten away with until now. Some one is asking me if I have any information regarding UFO/aliens and related. We'll the only thing I can tell you who ever you are about this is that they are currently mixed in with humans and when I have talked to them personalily asking why they are here they avoid this question but did tell me that they are here for another reason. They look very much like humans but they don't know how to really act human thus they give themselves away. They for the most part are nicer looking then humans and I have only seen males of these. They have told me that English along with other languages on earth are common on other planets. This individual didn't tell me where he came from, but he did have an interest and liking towards me. I can not tell too much but they do things which tells me automatically they are not human and this of course is a huge secret because God only knows who is reading this right now. Do I like them? Yes because they haven't done any thing to me to make me feel different. I know the governments on earth know they are here and related factors. They do eat human food I'll tell you that much and they seem to like some of humans music. Their humor is different then humans I can say this much about them.Questions send it to this sight.

In fact, they are so skilled at creating such a virtual reality that they have trapped themselves in their own worlds, which is why they have not ascended to the spiritual realm and joined the Ascended Host.
If a spiritual seeker enters one of these virtual worlds – by studying and believing some of the channeled teachings out there – it is very easy to roam around there for an entire lifetime without ever finding the doorway to Heaven—for a virtual world can have no such doorway. Yet in the meantime, you give your spiritual light to those who have created that world and thus contribute to the continuation of the world, even making its magnetic pull stronger so it pulls in more people. By talking about these fantasies as if they were real, you might even influence other people and thus pull them in as well.

Ive been following Nikola Tesla for decades and have been familiarized with "chemtrails". Now for the last 2 nights, here in Bowie, TX, I have been observing these chemtrails as the moon rises,watching from my back porch. Well, I started thinking of conspiracies and the usual paranoia I would be supposedly brainwashed, etc., and then I went to bed. That is where I began experiencing the effects, but to my total surprise and amazement, I began laughing hysterically. Everything I had been experiencing for the previous 2 weeks had rearranged itself in my mind to a whole new clarity. My God, my life had become so funny, all the little things I had been worrying about presented themselves to me in such a humorous fashion that I could not stop laughing, at myself, at the situations and circumstances, at the irony, and I laughed joyously too. It felt great! Till 4:30am I lay in my bed laughing my ass off. I felt good. Last night, I got home from work a little after 10pm and went to the backporch to smoke. There up in the sky themoon was rising in the east and it was pink. I kid you not! Well, within less than a minute, the lines began again. I dont know why but immediately I began laughing uncontrollably again. These are not your ordinary laughs, my face was happy and my grin couldnt get big enough...
It is now 7:20pm. You can bet at a litle after 10pm I will be on the backporch for another good dose of brainwashing, maybe I'll get a picture too. But if I don't, you'll just have to take my words for it.. Our God has a great sense of humor!

this experience happened to me in March:
while I was in a traditional Colombian ceremony, it was like some power different than I ever felt before came into me, at the same time it also felt like it could be me. (I still don't know if it was really a part of me or another life-force that came into me) I began to speak in a strange language while I was slowly being build up by this force. The sounds created themselves out of my body I just could let it happen. When I was talking I heard that other persons who were there also spoke in this same language. Because for me it was quite confusing afterwards I had some difficulty remembering parts of the experience, but the feelings were very strong. I knew what I was saying had to do with the earth and when I was talking about this I was feeling a mixture of despair/anger a feeling of WHY ARE WE/YOU LETTING THIS HAPPEN then all these sounds culminated in a very high scream. With the scream I felt and saw that the sky was being opened and than the next moment it felt like I was spinning around in something that Ilater interpreted like the wheel of life and rebirth. Than Ifelt like Iwas coming to get somewhere like some kind of center and I saw that clouds around me were beginning to vanish. But before I could really arrive here there were people there whom were receiving me with the most love I have ever felt. Before I was starting to arrive there it felt like what was happening it had been something what was dreamed of since the beginning. Like the saving of something. Although I know how strange this sounds it really felt this way, it felt like the saving of something larger than me but in the same time it of course can also be something I experienced this way because it was important for my self. It was like the persons there guided me with love to emerge there. And the only thing I can remember when I fully came there, like being reborn was that I was so wondered, everything was so beautiful and real and I felt really the presence for which I have no other word than God. I felt the warm carrying of the mother earth (I guess) beneath me and the surrounding of the heaven all over around and above me and really was like they were my mother and father and I was so deeply touched and it felt like I for the first time since I can remember could totally be me without having to hold back anything. I had an Out of Body Experience. It was on June 20th 2007; where I went to this very beautiful planet-huge pyramids of gold were all over the place. I have seen this place in dreams but I was Meditating through Astral practices when I had the OBE. I managed to get a picture with my camera phone in hand (It malfunctioned every other time I tried it). Under Myspace.com-my Name is "Jazz580". The photo shows me with no ears, smeared effect on my face-but outter face is not smeared; I'm also missing eyes which-were replaced with black odd smugging. Get the word out.

Its amazing how noisy change can be. All over you have those that claim to be this or that but it all comes back to fruit. But the she-monkey replied that Sita was the more careless one, leaving her boy behind in the care of an old hermit who spent his time meditating with closed eyes. Sita realised that the monkey was right, and she went back to fetch her son. The hermit was praying and did not notice, but later, he saw that the little boy was not there, and he became very unhappy. He started a fire ceremony to create an exact replica of the son. While he was doing so, Sita came back, and the hermit was happy to learn that the son was safe. Sita persuaded him to carry on with the ceremony, and he created another son. The two boys were named Mongkut and Lob. They grew up together, and the hermit served as their teacher.

Somebody was asking me if I am rewriting textbooks of physics. No, that is just the first concentrated iteration on the topic. Never before I was involved into drawing of pictures of such kind. Let's go back to overcoming of gravitational force, we do know another way of overcoming it, which is not so fast as plane, yes, I have in mind not a rocket, but an elegant air balloon. We have to take equilateral triangle as basics, we have to tie three poles to its tops, we have to wrap folio around those poles in lower zone and put a copper wire in upper zone. In lower part high voltage pushes a big amount of particles of electric space layer into folio while in upper part we have left with a very little amount of such particles. In lower part we have a noisy forge, which is spreading "noise" into every direction equally. Particles bounce into their neighbor particles. But in upper part we have a cotton wall, which absorbs particle hits. Certainly, particles of electric space layer come back, but they have lost their impulses, they are incapable to compensate pressure to folio from bottom and we have an operational lifting force.
In such construction such force is very weak. It is obvious that "cotton wall" is too small. Maybe it is worth to cut from folio an equilateral triangle and put it on instead of copper wire? I feel that it is very important form of equilateral triangle. Geometry always was my weak side. Maybe someone else will work on this question? (On the other hand it looks like a projection of 4-dimensional line.)

There is an interesting relation between magnet and his lines of the magnetic field. It seems like the magnet is hung on its field lines as if they were springs in magnetic space layer. It is enough to bend such "springs" and the whole system try to get into normal position: lines of magnetic field try to straighten up themselves (I remind to you, that we are dealing with 5-dimensional space layer.), and in the same time they push magnet to optimal place for it, its the same as if sledge goes from the mountain.
Certainly there is no any springs, and we are seeing just influence of particle stream on our space. As we know, not so many material is influenced by such streams in the way we could notice.

What is happening when we put two magnets near to each other? When they are looking to different poles, the one with south pole pumps into himself the other magnets lines, and to his own lines is left nothing else to do as go to next magnets south pole. In this way we get one big magnet instead of two smaller ones.

When we try to put two magnets facing each other with south poles, we are having a little bit more complicated situation. We have a natural question, why do a magnet couldn't steal lines of another magnets field? It is obvious that alien lines are closer. So they do it, and we get something that looks to us as if lines draw a figure of eight. Still such situation is abnormal and lines of magnetic field try to straighten up and magnets are pushed away one from another.

An interesting thing is magnetizing. When we put piece of ferrum into magnetic field, its structure is being changed in such way that it becomes a weak magnet. And magnet pulls it to itself. (The same way Earth pulls us to itself by gravitational field.)

Here somebody is trying to drag me into world of formulas. He is asking me to reason out why 5-dimensional line to us would look like circle. I found a weird pulsating thing deep in the main woods. Ase i lifted my hunting rifle towds it and fired my gun was blown out of my hands by a unseen force giving me 1st degree burns on my hands. as i walked closer the space craft shot straight up faster than i could blink. In 1979, back in the Northern part of the country Philippines where I was stationed at a Communications site called Currimao, I experienced a very strange things. In August 2006 recieved multiple stings in scalp by bees or hornets - I didn't get a look. The sting site burned for months. No sign of redness or swelling, but I thought there must be a stinger lodged. One night it got really bad, and I scratched the site. There was an ant there.

I have never seen a UFO as such, but I believe to be intellectually responsible you must believe in the possibility of them. I have, however, seen on three occasions lights in the night sky which did not fit any known explanation. One of them could possibly have been an aircraft approaching our local airport but it was coming in from a direction not usually seen by most aircraft. Our origin and evolution
Many sources, including Ra , Edgar Cayce, and others, say that the
Oneness essentially got bored or lonely. It needed to do something. It
needed to create. It wasn't feeling complete just by having this
unified consciousness all the time.
So it conceptualized the idea of breaking Itself up into all these
parts, knowing that the parts would be able to evolve by their own
free will, making their own decisions. Things would happen that the
Oneness was not yet able to understand or comprehend. The parts would
have essentially their own creative ability. They would be Co-Creators.
The Great Plan was that at the end, after this entire cycle of
universal evolution was complete, all of the parts that had evolved on
their own would independently recognize their God Consciousness,
renounce separation, embrace unity, and return to the totality of
Oneness. The One Creator from that very fact would be highly enhanced,
because all of this wonderful creative stuff had transpired in that
transition from ''One'' to ''many'' and back to ''One.''
So God is evolving, and not some static Being that just sits there and
waits for everybody to catch up. God is experiencing our evolution
with us.
Galaxies were the first Beings
My understanding is that God's first manifestations of separate beings
are what we call galaxies.
Each galaxy is sort of like a person. The universe is composed of many
billions of galaxies, so it would be the equivalent of many Earths'
worth of human beings, which is not inconceivable to conceptualize.
Each one of those galaxies is capable of sprouting an entire system of
stars from itself. Each one of those stars is the equivalent of a
being, and then each one of those stars is capable of giving birth to
planets, and each one of those planets is a being.
And each one of those planets, potentially, can be populated with
intelligent life.
So this is where you really get into the idea that the universe is an
Ultimate Being and there are various gradations of beings that step
down from that Oneness. The primary being that we here on Earth
identify with would be the Galaxy. Ra refers to the Galaxy as the
Logos. Our Galaxy has a personality, a particular way of seeing how
it's going to create conscious beings that will evolve and return to
God Consciousness.
Our Galaxy's own template for evolution is to produce human beings,
and all of the stars are precisely tuned with the proper energy waves
to insure that this will happen quite on its own, by the natural
physics of the situation.
Let me see if I can explain this in scientific terms.
The Galaxy and Harmonic Resonance
We know that the Sun is actively pumping out spiralling energy waves
that drive the planets and moons in their respective orbits. Both
Bode's Law and the new Stoneking Resonance theories show that the
planets are spaced out in the natural Diatonic musical proportions
relative to each other. The very first extra-solar planetary system
that we discovered, which was around pulsar B1257+12, also shows these
same proportions. The proportional phenomenon supports the idea that
every star is pumping out energy waves that create similar planetary
systems, as this kind of resonance obviously could not be caused by
random groupings of gas and dust.
Then, just like the principles of a hologram or a fractal, within the
larger waves from the Sun are subtler, smaller waves. And these are
also based on the same musical principles. They all branch out,
forming waves upon waves and getting smaller and smaller.
The Galaxy is ''tuned'' to form DNA
In the optimal planetary system, where there are no major cataclysms
or interruptions, there is a specific distance from the Sun where the
tiniest spiralling waves will gather a planet's natural materials
together to form the DNA molecules of life. The DNA is the wave, and
the wave is the DNA.
That DNA is formed in the process of planetary evolution may sound
ridiculous, but it can effectively be proven by something known as the
DNA Phantom effect. Dr. Vladimir Poponin put DNA in a tube and shone a
laser through it, and to his surprise he realized that it actually
captured the light and caused it to spiral through the helix, as if it
were a crystal. Even more amazingly, when Dr. Poponin removed the DNA,
the light continued spiralling on its own!
For light to form a DNA helix on its own should of course be
impossible — unless the light itself had become harmonically tuned to
some naturally existing frequency in the energy of space around it. To

Some years ago around eastern holiday I was driving my car with one passenger from Alytus to Lazdijai maybe halfway aftersunset, early darkness, when suddenly a light flashed in front of the car low over the horizon, an glowing object travelling at tremendous speed from right to left disapearring in the dark sky as soon as it appeared.
It must have been only a fraction of a second and I asked the girl next to me if she had seen the same phenomena too! She did.The light even seemed to be green.
I am very much interested in aviation and photography and for sure this thing was very far away and obviously at a speed faster than any plane I knew.
I was sure about what we had seen. It was my first and only encounter with an unidentified flying object.
A year or so later I read a newspaper about a meteorite which was found and had hit the soil in south germany that very night!
So the lesson is believe your eyes when you can.
I am very interested to learn about any UFO sighthings above lithuania which might have any possible relation with soviet times and soviet military.
I know in Siauliai once soviet radar aircraft TupolevTu126 and Ilyushin/A50 with large radar radome on top flew their mission.
Also soviet helikopters flew frequently over kaunas.
Unmanned soviet aircraft were also based near Taurage Siauliai and in latvia. Can any tell me about encouters with these object and how they looked like?
Or what type of aircraft used other bases in lithuania like panevezys kedainiai jonava etcetera?

Last summer in the center of Sofia/Bulgaria city me and my friends saw in the night sky little light, like a star that moving in some direction.We sad that is a airplain but after that we saw how the light change the direction verry fast. I am interested in Lithuania as I visited there last April. It is a beautiful country and I will always remember our time there, especially by the Baltic sea. We were there as part of the 'Jesus Film' ministry by Campus Crusade. I saw no UFOs while there, but all of my life have seen "things" in the sky that others don't see! As to the "crop circles" I believe that they are (except those who are done by those who were guilty of a hoax) signs that the bible tells us about will happen toward the time of the return of Jesus Christ to the earth. The crop circles are brought about by the "whirlwind of the Spirit of the Lord" (This is what he told me when I asked Him). So if I heard this correctly this means God is moving in your country. Perhaps the UFO sightings are also signs from God. I tell you my experience, I don't insist that I am right. God's blessings on the people of Lithuania.

I know nothing of Lithuania, however I have plenty of experience with unexplained phenomenons. First off, let me tell you, I know what the Code Name ; Winston Churchill, means.the damn government will only communicate with me when I am in a semi catatonic state of mind, which I feel is totally unfair! I have had numerous near death experiences. my first recollection of a vision was in 1969, at the junction of highways #2 and #75 in St. Joseph, MN., U.S.A. nI saw a n aircraft traveling N.E. at tree top level and as I looked up in the sky while riding my bicycle I swore it was going to crash on what is known as the landmark "Indian Hill" land which my grandmother still owns today. My birth certificate says I was born in 1961, but I am not so sure that is true, maybe we can live forever if we refuse to leave, if we want to do better, if we want to make some changes.Icant remember what happened after the sighting. The second thing I remember was a ball of light bouncing around the inside of my other grandmothers lake cabin on Little Rock Lake, in Rice, Mn. u.s.a. It was as bright as a lightening bolt My grandma and sister were there also. The third thing I remember was seeing many stars moving across the summer sky in1971 or 72 I was with my family and some neighbors, whom witnwssed it also, they were in formation again traveling N.E. IN about 1973 I was on a field trip with my sixth grade class to Fort Snelling National Monument near the twin cities, I was communicating with a soldier from the Civil War I cant remember the conversation only that he was very young and very sad, not an officer or any thing but a private. I cant remember anything very spectacular during the period of 1974-1993 however I was with my then wife Syndie, at Northern Lights Casino near the twincities when I met an old Indian Spirit I would guess he lived about two hundre years ago we knew each other. I remember saying goddamn I thought you were dead, he was of course, I dont know how I recognized him but I did and he was an old friend of mine, again I cant remember the details of the conversation only I think he was there to give me some kind of warning. I forgot to mention that during the eighties I saw two dead people, I think before they were killed, one was in Page, Az. on the rocks near a spot we were fishing on a man made resevoir. the other was near Lake Itaska, MN. the origin of the Mississippi River this man was in the forest I think his death was to be made to be a hunting accident.I know ther is more but I must stop for now, Later, OK.

The grass circles in Lithuania seem to have a coloration enough to suggest that Vitamins and Minerals and Nutrients are present within the soil. The mystery of the water being present is baffling as the surrounding soil seems depleted of any of the conditions found in the greener areas. I'm sure that some sort of ph balance source, possibly an underground warm spring containing a sufficient botanical thrivant sufficient enough to feed this grass variety as it looks healthy in appearance suggesting that thrivants are in the soil from some source, If not from an underground spring then your guess is as good as mine.

Recently in the new year I heard chanting and singing that seemed like a combination of all the native / indigonous peoples of the world. The music flowing through and around the world as a powerful healing energy. I caught the sounds as I was in my backyard and instantly felt inspiried to dance and join in the chanting (though I felt a bit silly to do this) so added my voice from my heart and the sounds faded away ...

I had an interesting thought...as people try to understand what causes gravity it occurred to me that we may be seeing it in reverse. It's been etstablished that the universe is expanding at the speed of light and that time slows down near massive objects. I wonder if gravity is a resistance to that expansion. It seems as though objects are drawn together by gravitational force. In reality they may only be expanding less that other areas of space-time, causing the illusion of being drawn together. It may be difficult to envision that we are expanding along with the rest of the universe (at different rates no less) and that mass creates resistance to that expansion, but this may be the situation. Has this occured to anyone besides me?

According to Russian journalist Vyacheslav Fyodorov (http://www.warlib.ru/), the UFO sighted over Dagestan on November 14, 2000 was actually an advanced Russian weapon, an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). The sighting was widely reported throughout the world after the initial story carried by Interfax Agency; Philip Mantle and my new book about Russian ufology contains a detailed account of this and other fascinating sightings and UFO reports from the Caspian Sea. Dagestan is one of the republics of the former USSR; a part of the Russian Federation, it is located between Caspian Sea on the East and Caucasus mountains on the West; it borders Chechnya.
Combining Mr. Fyodorov's information and some thorough independent research, I have found out the following.
In March of the year 2000, the Russian Defense Ministry had approved an unmanned reconnaissance system Stroy-P (unmanned reconnaissance complex or PRC). The system was created in the Yakovlev Experimental Design Bureau, a major Russian military aircraft manufacturer, (OKB imeni Yakovleva) named for A. S. Yakovlev, a famous Soviet aircraft designer. The Yak Aircraft Corporation is now a privatized Russian aviation corporation. Pchela (a drone component of the complex) was built, as far as is known, at the Kishtim Radio Plant, with the help of the Smolensk Aviation Plant (while the Smolensk Aviation Plant joined with the Yakovlev Design Bureau in March, 1992 to form the Yak Aviation Company, the two entities seem to be operating separately); the official maker of the Pchela is Kulon Scientific Research Institute (R&D Institute of Aircraft Technology). This system, or complex, includes a launcher on caterpillar-fitted platform, two vehicles and ten (initially, five) Pchela-1T 061 aircraft. The Stroy-P complex was accepsystem, or complex, includes a launcher on caterpillar-fitted platform, two vehicles and ten (initially, five) Pchela-1T 061 aircraft. The Stroy-P complex was accepted for service with the Russian Army in 1997.
A Pchela (remotely piloted reconnaissance drone that provides television surveillance of ground targets) weighs 130 kilograms (loaded), has an operational range of 110 to 150 kilometers, can fly at altitudes ranging from 100 meters to 3 kilometers, and cruises at speeds from 11- to 150 kilometers an hour. Combat-recorded range: 55 kilometers. Its flight endurance is 2 hours (it needs 20 liters of gasoline for this). Its power plant is piston plus two solid rockets takeoff boosters (power at 32hp). Onboard of the Russian drone are a video camera, a still camera, a mapping camera, and a secure radio. It uses a parachute for landing. Pchela is probably equal in capability to many Western UAV in the same class. However, it is a slower, tactical unmanned aerial vehicle than, for example, the Russian the 800-kilometer-per-hour Reis UAV.
The chronology is as follows: in 1982, the Soviet military gave instructions to the A.S. Yakovlev Design Bureau to develop a small, remotely piloted aerial vehicle (distantsionno-pilotiruemiy letatel'niy apparat, or DPLA). The person in charge of the project was a talented designer, Yuri Yankevich . Years later, a DPLA-605 Pchela was developed. This was first Soviet UAV capable of monitoring ground targets with an on-board television camera that had a real-time downlink. Later, Pchela (Russian word for a honey bee), the unmanned tactical reconnaissance drone (bespilotnyi samolet, in Russian), was modified to Pchela-1T (TV observer), Pchela-1IK (new version ), and according to www.aviation.ru/Yak/, to Expert , a 5-th generation unmanned tactical reconnaissance drone to replace Pchela from the Stroy-P system.
Back in the summer of 2000 the Russians were conducting test flights of their Pchela-1T light unmanned reconnaissance aircraft, according to Mr. Fyodorov . Apparently, Russian media carried stories about the "airplane-robot" and its onboard TV camera. The Pchela drones tested in November of 2000 are also equipped to fly in the nighttime and have infrared vision capability. The timing of the UFO sighting over Dagestan and the tests of the Pchela drones coincide.
Similar "UFO" flew into the Soviet Union back in 1969, and turned out to be an unmanned American espionage aircraft. The Soviets were sufficiently impressed, and their government ordered that a similar aircraft be developed per Soviet standards and equipment. However, the Soviets were designing their own unmanned spy planes back in the late 1950s and 1960s. On Sunday morning at 12:30 am (Saturday night) I saw an circular object heading east over the Santa Monica mountains roughly around Sherman Oaks / studio city CA. The circular object had 4 pairs of lights positioned at 10:00 2:00 4:00 and 8:00 (if the object were a face of a clock). As I noticed the object and walked out onto my back lawn away from my back porch light the pairs of lights on the object went off and the object seemed to change shape. It sort of undulated as it morphed shape. As it morphed it to shape of a boomerang for a second and them back to it undulating shape and then took a 45-degree right hand turn headed now south. There seemed to be a white light flashing in the middle of an changing shape, at this point it was moving away from me. The whole sighting lasted for probably 50 seconds. Very bizarre!

Every since I sat in the desert next to a telephone booth in 1953 outside of El Paso, Texas and watched a UFO go overhead at around 17,000 mph, I've known we are not alone. How did I know the speed? I've seen these things floating over west allis, wisconsin, usa in the cold winter night sky. They are really big and I mean the one that went over our heads was as big as a football field. It's underneath side was clearly transpararent by design however the icy cold temperatures in mid feb I believe was causing some type of field distortion which allowed us to view these machines. They are by design, designed to elude, they were in a V formation and made no sound what so ever and I personally believe they were monitoring our conversation as we muddled with my newly purchased telescope. The cold caused our refractor scope eyepieces to keep fogging so I was constantly looking upward when I realized the stars were distorting. When I told my mind to back the image up and look wider I nearly fell to my knees in sheer horror of what I was observing. I dont know who they are, what they want, or why they are watching us, but whatever they were, the individual ship that hovered over our house was as big as the city block and was joined with 5 other ships in formation as they moved off. The city lights hitting the underneath side made them more visiable as they moved off twards lake michigan.

I fear for the human race at this point as I used to build CT scanners and am well aware of some of our best technological achievements, these are of unknown origin and I don't think they're as friendly as we hope they would be, otherwise they wouldn't be attempting to be elusive.

Phenomena seen by myself and my husband and my 10-year old son in the sky above the Medtirennean between Marbella, Southern Spain and Maroc, from the terrace of our living room.
Time: April 11th 2002, starting 11 pm, until 1 am April 12th.
Circumstances: Sudden and coplete absence of wind. Complete clear sky. No rain. No sound at all.
Sighting: Our attention was drawn since the living room was lighted up quite intensely two times in a row. We walked to the window and than out on the terrace and saw in awe how every few seconds up to every few minutes one up to three lighting 'balls' at a time (at a great distance, and according to my husband covering an area of at least 500 kilometers) appeared and would suddenly expand and explode into an enormous bright light, being either reddish purple, or yellow or blue, lighting up the sky. Also would such a lightball while expanding or stretching itself across an enormous length move at high speed from East to West or from West to East. It was so impressive that we couldn't help expressing ourselves with 'Ooooooooooooooooooo ' and 'Wow!'s. I stress again, there was no thundering, no roaring sound, just complete silence. The light was now and then so intense that the mountains of Marbella would light up as well. We even thought for a moment that there was a bombardment going on in Africa or that we were seeing a kind of fata morgana of a far bombardment, reminding us of the CNN images of the bombs on Afghanistan, but than the light changed so often in colour and especially the horizontal movements were so startling and striking that we understood we were witnessing something else.
I don't know what it was. It was simply beauty in perfection. Please enlighten me on what you think we have witnessed for a full two hours?

I read this article several years ago and it struck me greatly. I told my guides that I would like to learn to communicate in this manner. My energy is that of Communicator and so this greatly interested me.
Recently I have been creating/channeling/remembering a language partially spoken/partially telepathic called Kava (heart communication). The language I have been told, is to act as a bridge from spoken language, back to heart telepathy.
The spoken words are very general, non-descriptive to force people, to again rely on sending details through the heart rather than spoken. For example there is a spoken word for mammal, but not for dog or cat - you would send that information telepathically.
I have also been given a reiki attunement that will assist in opening the heart communication in people again - called Kava Reiki to go hand in hand with this language.
There are 26 symbols in this language - representing different categories of energy, each with its own sound and together they are combined to create words, also combining their sounds.
The word KaVa is two symbols - ka (communication) and va - (emotional) - together they mean heart commuication.
I would be interested to find out if there was an initiation that can bring us directly to the heart communication without the need for a bridge, such as Drunvalo experienced in the workshop he described, when he just began using the language - the heart communication.

In 1972, I had the following experience. I was standing on the top of a ridge of the East Bay Hills overlooking San Francisco Bay. Suddenly the landscape was totally changed. It was a rugged red-rock formation with almost no vegetation and no signs of animal life. It was extremely silent and felt "ancient". The island in the Bay called Angel Island had not yet arisen from the Bay. Then the view changed to the view that I was used to, the 1972 view with the civilized Bay Area. Then there was another shift. Once again, it was totally silent. The ground was covered with a low green vegetation. The only sign of civilization was that the oil refineries of Richmond were still smouldering. Across the bay, in what was Marin County, I could see about 10 or 12 figures in protective gear entering and coming out of an underground tunnel. I had a strong feeling that this was a post-catastrophe vision.

How interesting that Lithuania, my namesake, has a network for UFO research. I saw a UFO (or perhaps a stealth fighter) in San Diego County, California, USA, at Anza Borrego Dezert in 1996. I was camping alone in the desert in the heat of summer except for one friend who was with me. The sky was perfectly clear after a howling wind had swept down from the canyons. I noticed that only one "star" in the sky seemed to be "twinkling" i.e. wavering in luminescence. As I stared at it, it started to pulsate. When I remarked to my friend, "I think that's a UFO" it flared like some kind of super nova and began moving. Toward us! I felt a moment of panic, being alone in the desert there, and it seemed to react to that emotion by veering noiselessly off over the nearby ridge. I was sleepless that night, watching lights bounce up and down on the distant horizon.

I currently live in arizona. I used to live in a small town called patterson ca.well anyway,there were about 7 or more times when i would be in bed.and i would find myself paralized,I can"t move,speak,or yell.yet im awake.and i feel a presense behind me.i would try, with all the strenght i could muster.to put my hands together and prey.and when i would finally put my hands together and prey,i would be freed.i would also wake up with bruses all over ,that would look like bites .I can't explain why me or why it would happen.but all i know.eversense i moved away it never happen to me again.

One day I saw in the sky two very striengies objects they fly very fast.
And then they flight behaind them was like a light of fire.It was in 1999
15 of July in road Alytus Vilnius in Lithuania. Now I every night hear very strangy waves in my walkman in the radio on AM station.
